Choose fishing line as part of the complete rod, reel and leader setup. This collection features GOOFISH Max-8 braided line, with separate spool-length and labeled breaking-strength options.

Start with your rod and reel

Check the rod's line guidance, the reel's capacity chart and the connections you plan to use. The strongest label is not automatically the best fit: capacity depends on line diameter and packing, while knots, abrasion and leader choices affect the complete setup.

Choose length and labeled strength separately

Max-8 offers 300yd and 500yd spool options with 30, 40, 50, 65, 80 or 100lb labels. A purchased spool length is not the amount every reel will hold. Check the selected combination before ordering, and use the reel's instructions when filling the spool.
