Use the payment options displayed at checkout to complete your GOOFISH order. Review your items, delivery address, and final total before confirming payment.

PayPal

If PayPal is available at checkout, select it and follow the prompts to review and confirm your payment. Complete the process and return to the store when prompted rather than closing the payment window early.

Paying by card through PayPal without a PayPal account may be available in some regions and depends on PayPal settings and availability. Use the options shown during your payment session; guest payment is not guaranteed.

Credit and Debit Cards

Check the card options displayed at checkout before entering your details. The previous payment information on this page listed Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro; the options actually offered at checkout are the ones available for your payment.

Enter your card details carefully and complete any verification requested by your bank. For questions about a card decline, contact your card issuer.

Apply a Discount Before Payment

Enter your discount code at checkout and apply it before completing the order. Check that the expected discount appears in the order summary. Discount availability and combinations depend on the code's conditions.

Check Your Delivery Details

Review the shipping address shown during checkout, including when paying through PayPal. Confirm that it is the address where you want the order delivered.

If Your Payment Does Not Complete

  • Read the error message and check your payment details for typing errors.
  • If your card details are correct but the card is declined, contact your bank or try another payment method offered at checkout.
  • Complete any bank verification prompt rather than closing it before approval.
  • If a payment processing error continues, try a different browser or a private browsing window.
  • If you see a charge but cannot find an order confirmation, contact us so we can check the situation before you try paying again.

Payment Support

Email goofish@goofishrod.com with the email address used at checkout, the approximate payment time, the payment method, and the error message. Include an order number if you have one. Do not send your full card number, security code, account password, or verification codes.
