Shipping Destinations

Our shipping information lists service to more than 150 countries. Availability depends on your delivery address. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your destination is supported.

Destination exclusion: Albania is listed as a country we cannot ship to.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within three days of ordering.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Listed carriers include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT. The shipping method depends on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery is approximately five to seven working days, depending on the destination and shipping method. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Working days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on factors such as parcel weight and dimensions, shipping speed, and destination. Review the charge for your order before paying.

Shipping charges do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duty, customs and any other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer because we have little knowledge if you will or will not get charged tax due to the large number of countries and tax laws worldwide.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

If a tracking number is available for your order, we provide it when the order ships. Use that number to check shipment progress.
