Description
Product details
The GOOFISH Purple Diamond popping rod is a 280cm, MH (Medium Heavy), two-piece spinning model with a listed lure range of 40–100g. Its purple finish, black EVA grips and FUJI components distinguish this model from the GOOFISH jigging range.
Pack the two sections for your next boat, shore or estuary session, then assemble the rod and align the guides before fitting a compatible spinning reel. Choose a surface lure within the listed range and match the complete setup to your fishing conditions.

Components and two-piece construction
- Carbon body with a solid carbon tip.
- FUJI guide components and reel seat, with black EVA grips and purple blank detailing.
- Two-piece construction for a shorter transport length than the assembled rod.
- Separate lure, line and power specifications: none of these is a fish-lifting rating.
Choose a compatible popping setup
Use the 40–100g lure range when selecting your surface lure. Match the spinning reel, main line, leader, hooks and drag to the lure and fishing environment. A lure range does not establish a guaranteed casting distance, fishing depth or fish-size limit.
Compare models in the popping rod collection, or browse the fishing line collection when planning your complete setup.
Care and safe handling
A load demonstration is not a recommended drag setting or permission to lift fish. Do not replicate load demonstrations. Avoid high-sticking and use suitable landing equipment. Assemble the joint carefully, align the guides and check the fit before use. Do not force a joint beyond its proper seating position. Rinse away saltwater residue, let the rod dry and inspect guides and fittings before each session.
