The GOOFISH Mighty Deep Green is a one-piece, 183cm slow pitch jigging rod with a Solid Nano blank, PE4–7 line rating and a listed jig range of 200–700g. Choose from spinning, standard casting or two spiral-wrap casting configurations.

Choose the correct configuration
Spinning: for a compatible spinning reel.
Standard casting: straight guide layout with a trigger-style reel seat.

The spiral-wrap direction describes the guide layout, not the reel's handle side. Check the full variant name before ordering. The one-piece rod needs storage and transport space for its full length.
Jig selection and safe handling
The listed jig range is 200–700g, with a narrower recommended working range of 200–550g. Choose jig weight to suit current, water depth and your technique rather than treating the maximum as a target for every session.
Static-load figures are not recommended reel-drag settings, fish-weight limits or permission to lift fish with the rod. Avoid high-sticking and use appropriate landing equipment.
Care after saltwater use
Rinse salt residue away with fresh water, dry the rod before storage and inspect guides and the reel-seat locking nut before fishing. Protect the tip and guide frames during transport.

Gave this reel to my son for his birthday. He has been eyeing it for some time and was very surprised to receive it as a gift. He has not used it yet but is already planning to take it on a trip this summer.
The rod arrived pretty fast and package is solid. I have not gotten a chance to use it, but I put two pieces together and put some weight on the tip of the rod to test it out. With 16 oz of weight, the rod bend a little bit and responded evenly when I pull the tip.

Great rod value, just like anything you could buy a custom rod and get a better rod but you would also spend a lot more money, I'm just getting into jigging and I've only used this once but caught a 30" gag grouper without a problem.
